When I first came across this lovely film I made a pact with myself that this is what I would do.
It can sometimes be hard to motivate yourself to make those small changes to your daily routine, but this fantastic woman is proof that it can be the little things that impact your life in a huge way. Maia has followed this daily exercise routine for the last 60 years (yes, she is over 60! In fact, she was 95 at the time of filming!) and it seems to have worked wonders.
Let Maia be your new inspiration, she is definitely mine!
